🟡 価値観（かちかん）sense of values
人によって、幸せの価値観はちがいます。→ People's sense of what happiness means is different.
大学に入ってから、自分の価値観が変わりました。→ My values changed after I entered university.
🟡 人生山あり谷あり（じんせい やまあり たにあり）Life has ups and downs
仕事がうまくいかないとき、「人生山あり谷あり」だと思ってがんばります。→ When my job doesn’t go well, I remind myself that life has ups and downs and try my best.
この10年、ほんとうに人生山あり谷ありでした。→ These past 10 years really had their ups and downs.
🟡 悩む（なやむ）to worry / to struggle

時には、自分の過去を振り返ることで、今の自分の成長を感じられます。→ Sometimes, looking back on your past helps you feel how much you've grown.

転職するかどうか、長い間悩んだ末に決断しました。→ After worrying for a long time, I finally decided whether to change jobs.
大きな決断をするときは、自分の気持ちに正直でいたいです。→ When making big decisions, I want to stay true to my feelings.

人生山あり谷あり。順調なときもあれば、つらいときもあるのが当たり前です。→ Life has its ups and downs. It's natural to have both smooth and difficult times.
大きな失敗をしたときに「人生山あり谷あり」という言葉に救われました。→ When I made a big mistake, the phrase “life has ups and downs” gave me comfort.

海外留学をしたことが、私の人生の大きな転機になりました。→ Studying abroad became a major turning point in my life.

🟡 青春（せいしゅん）youth / youthful days
青春時代は、友だちと夜遅くまで話した思い出が一番強く残っています。→ What I remember most from my youth is talking with friends late into the night.
失敗ばかりだったけど、あの頃の青春は本当に輝いていたと思います。→ I made a lot of mistakes, but I think those youthful days were truly special.
