初中級
🟡 年を重ねる（としをかさねる） — to grow older; to age
彼は年を重ねるごとに、やさしくなってきました。→ He has become kinder as he has grown older.
年を重ねても、新しいことに挑戦したいです。→ Even as I get older, I want to keep trying new things.
🟡 しわ — wrinkle
顔のしわが少し増えました。→ I’ve gotten a few more wrinkles on my face.
このシャツはしわだらけなので、アイロンをかけます。→ This shirt is full of wrinkles, so I’ll iron it.
🟡 白髪（しらが） — gray hair / white hair
最近、白髪が増えてきました。→ I’ve been getting more gray hairs lately.
祖母は白髪をきれいにまとめています。→ My grandmother neatly ties up her gray hair.
🟡 若々しい（わかわかしい） — youthful; young-looking
彼女はいつも若々しい服を着ています。→ She always wears youthful clothes.
祖父は年を取っても、とても若々しいです。→ My grandfather is very youthful, even at his age.
🟡 一生（いっしょう） — lifetime; one’s whole life
この町で一生暮らしたいです。→ I want to live in this town for my whole life.
一生忘れられない思い出ができました。→ I’ve made memories I will never forget for the rest of my life.
中級・上級
🔵 若々しい（わかわかしい） — youthful; young-looking
彼は60歳だが、とても若々しい話し方をする。→ He is 60, but speaks in a very youthful way.
若々しい雰囲気を保つには、好奇心を持ち続けることが大切だ。→ To maintain a youthful spirit, it’s important to stay curious.
🔵 長寿（ちょうじゅ） — longevity; long life
日本は世界でも長寿の国として知られている。→ Japan is known as one of the countries with the longest lifespans in the world.
長寿の秘訣は、健康的な食生活と適度な運動だと言われている。→ The secret to longevity is said to be a healthy diet and moderate exercise.
🔵 老い（おい） — aging; old age
老いは誰にでも訪れる自然なものだ。→ Aging is a natural process that comes to everyone.
老いを受け入れるのは、簡単ではない。→ Accepting old age is not easy.
🔵 年相応（としそうおう） — appropriate for one’s age
年相応の服装をするようにしている。→ I try to dress appropriately for my age.
行動や話し方も、年相応に見られるよう気をつけている。→ I try to make sure my actions and speech match my age.
🔵 衰える（おとろえる） — to weaken; to decline
最近、視力が衰えてきた。→ My eyesight has been declining lately.
年齢とともに体力は衰えるが、経験は増えていく。→ Physical strength declines with age, but experience increases.
